Services: Nordik K9 provides dog training services within Simcoe County, Ontario. These services include, but are not limited to, obedience training, behavior modification, puppy training etc. The effectiveness of training may vary depending on individual dog characteristics and the client's commitment to following recommended training techniques.

Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about their dog's medical history, behavior, and any relevant issues. Clients are also responsible for following training instructions provided by Nordik K9 trainers to ensure the safety and well-being of their dogs and others.

Training Techniques: Nordik K9 employs a variety of training techniques that focus on clean and clear communication while building a strong bond between dogs and their owners.

Liability: While Nordik K9 trainers make every effort to ensure the safety of both dogs and clients during training sessions, we are not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or accidents that may occur during or as a result of our services. Clients agree to assume all risks associated with dog training activities.

Payment and Refunds: Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for the selected services in a timely manner. No refunds will be provided once services have been rendered. In cases of exceptional circumstances, refunds or rescheduling may be considered at the discretion of Nordik K9.

Intellectual Property: All content, materials, and resources provided on the Nordik K9 website and during training sessions, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and training materials, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Privacy Policy: Nordik K9 respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Termination of Services: Nordik K9 reserves the right to terminate services if a client fails to comply with these terms and conditions, engages in disruptive behavior, or poses a risk to the safety of our trainers, other clients, or dogs.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of Nordik K9 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

Modifications: Nordik K9 reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
